So here is a quick recipe for princess cake from Cakes and Bakes which you can try at home for your daughter.  Ingredients   1/4 cup boiling water 2 tsp. KNOX Unflavored Gelatine 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided 1 pkg. (3 oz.) ladyfingers, split Doll pick  Few drops red food coloring 2 Tbsp. red or pink sprinkles Assorted candies Instructions  Stir boiling water into dry gelatine until completely dissolved; set aside. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add gelatine mixture, beating on low speed until well blended. Add sugar and vanilla; beat 2 min.
